Woo vs. Rig vs. Fleixble 2nd Grid
XL Woo
The first rack you should get. Works the area from fire ring to felt line by raising the XL cooking grid and managing either half-moon deflectors or the convEGGtor. With CGS 18" half-moon deflectors, the Woo provides more capability and ease of use than the EGGspander basket with the convEGGtor.
XL Adjustable Rig
Adds serious multi-level capability for grids, half-moon deflectors, and a drip pan.
Pair it with the XL Woo for the ultimate in kamado cooking flexibility. The Woo/Rig combo is built for true EGGheads.
XL Flexible 2nd Grid
A simple way to add a second level in the dome.
Like the Rig, it can be set up for full or half grid cooks and can incorporate an 18" half-moon deflector for an upper indirect setup.
