We’ve used electronic temperature controllers for almost two decades and created this CGS 5 piece bundle to include everything kamado owners actually need for a succesful cook.

This kit combines a fantastic controller and best-in-class blower with the necessary adapter plates. We also include five probes (pit & meat) and a storage pouch to keep your gear organized and protected.

Pro Tip: You don't need to run the fan on every cook. For short grilling cooks, we often use just the FireBoard 2 Drive controller to monitor meat temps—it's our go-to for spatchcock chicken.

Breakaway plates included. Rotate 90° for perfect draft-door alignment. Trim with metal shears for custom fit. Plates sizes are:

How the Automatic Kamado Temperature Controller Works

Mount the blower using the correct plate. Light the fire, set up your cook, and clip the ambient probe to the grid.

Once the pit reaches temperature, add your meat and insert the food probes. Set your target temps and let the FireBoard take over.

The FireBoard 2 Drive monitors temperatures in real-time and automatically runs the blower to maintain a rock-steady pit temperature.

• At the Grill: Use the bright LCD screen to monitor the cook.
• Away from the Grill: Monitor via the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth app, wherever you are.

Pro Tip: Start your pit temperature about 25°F lower than desired. Once the controller begins cycling the fan, bump it up to your final temperature.
