Two-Zone Rotisserie Setup

If you use the rotisserie often or want more control over the fire, we’ve got you covered. Pair a CGS Spider with a Half-Moon Deflector to create two distinct heat zones — half direct and half indirect. As the food rotates, it moves in and out of the direct heat, giving you more control over the fire throughout the cook.

Large Setup

For the Large EGG, pair any one of the Large Spiders with one CGS 15-inch Half-Moon Deflector. Position the deflector toward the front of the EGG so you can work over the cooler, indirect side instead of reaching directly over the fire during the cook.

XL Setup

For the XL EGG, pair any one of the XL Spiders with one CGS 18-inch Half-Moon Deflector. Position the deflector toward the front of the EGG so you can work over the cooler, indirect side instead of reaching directly over the fire during the cook.
