It happens from time to time, an item (stone) gets damaged in the Fedex system. To replace the item, we need you take a picture of the damaged item(s) and shipping box. Email the pictures to us. Upon receipt and confirmation, we'll send out replacements and provide instructions for the damage item(s). The time period to submit a damage claim is limited to 14 days from the ship date.

If you order shipped via USPS, you'll need to contact USPS and file a claim. We have no capabilities with USPS.
