It happens from time to time, an item gets damaged in shipping.

For packages shipped via UPS or FedEx, we have four easy steps to process a claim. 

First thing is, we need pictures. If you would, please keep the picture size reasonable.

  • damaged item(s),
  • shipping box, show damage (creased, pierced, bad corners, crushed) and stickers on the box,
  • packing material in the box, (peanuts, paper, another box)
  • shipping label on the box. 

Second, email all the pictures, your order number and name to: sales@ceramicgrillstore.com

Third, upon receipt and confirmation, we'll send out replacement(s) and provide instructions for the damage item(s).

Fourth, the time period to submit a damage claim is limited to 14 days from the ship date.

If you order shipped via USPS (post office), you'll need to contact USPS and file a claim. We have no capabilities with USPS.
