Build Flexible, Multi-Level Cooking Setups

The Large Adjustable Rig opens up multiple cooking levels for raised-grid, multi-tier, split-zone, direct, and indirect cooking. Our Large Adjustable Rig Expander Combo pairs the Rig with CGS half-moon deflectors, grids, and a drip pan to handle 80% or more of your everyday cooking setups. With multiple positions for grids, deflectors, and drip pans, the Rig gives you cooking configurations that fixed-level systems like the EGGspander and Woo simply can’t duplicate.

Right out of the box, the Combo gives you the flexibility to build CGS' favorite big-meat BBQ setup, grill at different heights, smoke up to 4 full racks of baby back ribs, and reverse sear without reshuffling mid-cook.
