18-Inch Large EGG Grid

This is your Large Big Green EGG grid. Use it on top or under the Rig. (See the 9x18-Inch Half-Grid photo for under placement.)

• Diameter: 18.25-Inch (true size)

Pro Tip: The CGS 18-Inch heavy duty grid is much beefier than the OEM EGG grid. If you’re replacing or upgrading, go with the CGS 18-Inch Heavy Duty Stainless Cooking Grid for Large Big Green EGG.

9x18-Inch Stainless Half-Moon Cooking Grid

Set this grid atop and to the back of the Adjustable Rig to create an elevated level. The up-and-back placement provides easy access below.

• Move the half-grid up to use the full Large EGG grid below.
• Run direct and indirect up top (indirect shown with the 16-Inch half-moon deflector & half stone hanger.)
• Fabricated for only the Large Adjustable Rig. (PSWoo has its own half grid)

Pro Tip: Our preferred reverse sear setup for a couple of steaks - no grid/deflector reconfiguring needed.

17-Inch Heavy Duty Stainless Cooking Grid

This heavy-duty cooking grid drops inside the Rig on the Rig Crossbars or Slide Guide. Choose from three notch levels, ranging from the fire ring up to felt line.

• Pair with the 18-Inch large grid for two-level BBQ.
• Great for burgers at the lower notches - get that impactful sear but enjoy an easier time flipping the burgers with a turner. 

Pro Tip: The notches are the Rig’s superpower. For grilling, move up or down to match your fire. For BBQ, set the Rig for the cook—from skinny ribs to fat butts/brisket. Run two levels for double-indirect, or raise the drip pan above the deflector to prevent scorched drippings.

13x17-Inch Oval Stainless Cooking Grid

Purpose-built for BBQ, this oval grid is sized for larger meats and flexible setups.

• Holds a brisket, two pork butts, two spatchcock chickens or two racks of ribs.
• Slides in/out of the Rig front opening when paired with the Slide Guide.
• On the Rig Extender, it elevates into the dome, leaving more room below for big meats.

Pro Tip: With two oval grids, Slide Guide, and Rig Extender, you can easily manage four racks of babyback or St. Louis ribs with ease. Check the video above.

16-Inch Stainless Sliding Cooking Grid

Our oversized sliding grid sits on the Rig Extender and glides front to back for easy access.

• Measures 14-Inch deep by 16-Inch wide, larger than the BGE EGGspander sliding grid
• Same grid used in the CGS PSWoo system
• Front hooks keep it stable when pushed back

Pro Tip: If you have one of our Adjustable Rig Combos, all you need is the Rig Extender and 16-Inch Sliding Grid to do two levels of chicken, per video.

Expanding Grid Capabilites - Added Accessories

These add-ons expand what you can do with grids on the Large Adjustable Rig:

• Large Adjustable Rig Crossbars (Exta Pairs): Set a grid, deflector, or drip pan at any of the 3 notch levels.
• Large Adjustable Rig Slide Guide w/ Crossbar: Front-loading track for the 13×17-Inch Oval Grid. Slide the Oval grid in and out easily; also supports the 17-inch grid, a deflector or dip pan.
• Large Adjustable Rig Half Stone Hanger w/ Crossbar: Suspends a 16″ half-moon deflector directly under the 18-inch grid for upper-level indirect.
• Large Adjustable Rig Extender w/ Crossbar: Adds another level and raises the 16″ Sliding Grid or 13×17″ Oval Grid into the dome for more access and headroom below.
