Half-Moon & Full Round Deflectors for Medium Big Green Egg
Enjoy maximum flexibility and coverage with CGS deflectors on the Medium Big Green Egg—perfect for BBQ, two-zone grilling, and pizza setups.
Max Capability on CGS Woo
- BBQ (Low & Slow): Use two 14-inch half-moon deflectors for full indirect coverage
- Two-Zone Grilling: Use one 14-inch half-moon deflector for direct + indirect cooking
- Pizza: 12"–14" full round stone works best for pizza setups
- More Coverage: 14-inch deflectors provide more indirect protection than the EGG ConvEGGtor
Why this works: On the CGS Woo, deflectors sit elevated above the fire ring—allowing proper airflow for more stable temperatures and cleaner burns.

- Shields deflectors from grease and drippings

Use & Care
- Heat gradually with the grill to prevent thermal shock
- Use a drip pan for BBQ cooks
- Do not oil or place in dishwasher
- Scrape debris and burn off residue as needed
- Natural smoke darkening is normal
- Avoid high-heat clean burns
CGS Ceramic Spacers
- Pizza: Use 1" spacers to create an air gap between deflector and stone
- BBQ: Not recommended on the Woo due to limited clearance
