The Kamado Joe Jr. Soapstone Cooking Surface is built for precision and control. Designed to fit within the 13.5" Joe Jr cooking system, this solid surface delivers even heat, reduced flare-ups, and superior moisture retention—making it ideal for delicate foods and high-quality finishes.
Unlike traditional grates, this soapstone surface does not cover the entire cooking area. Instead, it provides a focused cooking zone that excels at controlled, even cooking.
