Versatile Cooking Options
- BBQ (Low & Slow): Use two 10-inch half-moon deflectors for balanced heat.
- Half-Moon Grilling: 10-inch works, but 12- or 13-inch give better zone coverage.
- Pizza Stone: 10-inch is ideal for single-serving or kids’ pizzas.

10-Inch Deflector Protection
Pair with the CGS 10-Inch Stainless Drip Pan to:
- Shield deflectors from grease,
- Keep the grill clean,
- Extend ceramic life.
Use & Care
- Use: Bring up to temp with grill to avoid thermal shock.
- Protection: use a drip pan during BBQ cooks.
- Care: No oil or dishwasher. Scrape debris and burn off residue gently.
- Surface: Natural smoke darkening is normal.
- Clean Burn: Avoid high-heat clean burns.
CGS Ceramic Spacers
- Pizza: Recommended to create an air gap under stone.
- BBQ: Not recommended on Woo (clearance too tight).
