18-inch Stainless Drip Pan – Perfect Match for the XL Big Green EGG
This 18-inch stainless steel drip pan is the ideal fit for 18-inch deflectors and the circular center of the EGG ConvEGGtor. It provides maximum coverage while making clean-up quick and easy.
Why Use a Stainless Drip Pan
Ceramic deflectors absorb moisture like sponges. Trapped moisture can steam, stress the ceramic, and eventually lead to cracks. Using a Drip Pan helps:
- Keep fluids away from the deflector;
- Reduce burnt-on drippings;
- Keep your grill cleaner for faster start-ups.

How to Use
Place directly above your XL EGG deflector. Line with double foil for easy clean-up. Built for repeated use, cook after cook.
Elevating the Drip Pan
Raise the pan to reduce radiant heat and burnt drippings:
- Use CGS Spacers on Expanders/ConvEGGtor
- Add extra Crossbars on the Adjustable Rig
