This 10-inch stainless steel drip pan is the ideal size for the Small Big Green Egg ConvEGGtor and CGS Small Woo Expander when paired with a 10-inch heat deflector. It provides consistent coverage to catch drippings and protect your ceramic components during indirect cooks.
Why Use a Stainless Drip Pan?
Ceramic deflectors can absorb moisture during long cooks. Trapped moisture may steam, stress the ceramic, and contribute to cracking over time. Using a drip pan helps:
