Use & Care

• Use: Place in the grill as it comes up to temperature to avoid thermal shock. Protect the top surface with foil or a drip pan to catch grease.
• Care: Do not oil or use detergents. Never clean in the dishwasher or with extreme heat. Simply scrape off debris and heat moderately to burn off residue. Over time, the ceramic will darken naturally as it absorbs smoke.
