Perfect for family of 2

I've had my mini-max for a little over a year, now. The first cook was a simple hot dogs & hamburgers to get used to it. I cooked 4 1/4 hamburgers and 5 ball park frank hot dogs at the same time. All fit perfectly. I've since done 1/2 rack of baby back ribs, cut in half, they fit perfectly on the grill. Our favorite is pizza! We usually buy the premade dough from Food Lion. Have also baked cakes, cobblers, etc. in it. Grilled veggies. If you can cook it in an oven, you can cook it on the Egg. Really handy when power goes out, or it's too hot to cook inside! Love my mini-max!
