Product Description
Simple Add-On Parts to Expand Your Rig
These are the core support parts for the CGS XL Adjustable Rig. Whether you're replacing a part or expanding your setup, each one adds unique capabilitues to your Rig.
Looking for grids, deflectors, or drip pans? These are sold separately in there own headings.
All parts are fabricated from 304 stainless steel and designed for a precision fit with the CGS XL Adjustable Rig system.
Which Part Do I Need?
Choose the part that matches how you want to use or expand your XL Adjustable Rig.
Need more cooking levels?
Choose XL Adjustable Rig Crossbars. Add support for more grids, drip pans, or half-moon deflectors at multiple levels in the Rig.
Want your oval grid to slide in and out?
Choose the XL Slide Guide. It lets your 16"x20" Oval Grid slide on the Rig’s two lowest positions for easier access during cooks.
Want a true two-zone setup?
Choose the Half Stone Hanger. Run raised indirect cooking on one level while keeping the lower grid open for direct grilling. Requires 18" half-moon deflector and 20" half-moon grid.
Available Components
XL Adjustable Rig Crossbars
The XL Crossbars are the foundation of your Adjustable Rig. They support cooking grids, half-moon deflectors, and drip pans at multiple levels within the Rig.
Use them to replace missing bars or add additional levels for increased cooking capacity.
Pro Tip: An extra set of crossbars is a quick way to separate your half-moon deflectors and drip pan to minimize burnt drippings on long cooks.

XL Adjustable Rig Slide Guide
The XL Slide Guide allows the 16"x20" Oval Stainless Grid to slide in & out on the two lowest Rig positions. It's similar to sliding your oven rack.
It can also be used as a second set of crossbars to support drip pans or half-moon deflectors when building out indirect setups. The single crossbar goes up front.
Note: Designed specifically for use on the Rig’s two lowest notch settings.

XL Adjustable Rig Half Stone Hanger
The Half Stone Hanger holds a CGS 18" half-moon deflector directly beneath a 20" half-moon grid, creating a true two-zone cooking setup.
This allows you to run raised indirect cooking on one level while keeping a full lower grid open for direct grilling.
Sear in the middle! Grill directly over the fire for high heat, then move food to the raised indirect grid to finish—no more fighting uneven temps across a split grid.
