Small Big Green EGG - Best as a grill or second kamado

For cooking, the Small EGG works best as a Grill. It can be used to smoke barbeque but has limitations given its 13" diameter cooking grid and smaller firebox.

The Small Big Green Egg is often used as a companion for the 2XL, XLarge, Large or Medium EGG to allow the preparation of several courses at once. With two kamados, you can cook at two different temperatures.
