Maximum Cooking Space with Primo Oval Versatility

The Primo Oval XXL 500 Ceramic Grill is the biggest grill in Primo's oval lineup, built for serious backyard cooking, large gatherings, and pitmasters who need maximum cooking capacity. Its oversized oval cooking area provides plenty of room for full-packer briskets, multiple racks of ribs, large roasts, and complete meals without crowding the cooking grids.

With 500 square inches of primary cooking space and up to 850 square inches using the optional extension racks, the Oval XXL offers the capacity to cook for a crowd while maintaining the flexibility of a traditional kamado grill.

The oval design makes it easy to configure the grill for direct grilling, indirect barbeque, roasting, baking, and two-zone cooking. Use a firebox divider to concentrate charcoal on one side for smaller cooks, or configure the entire cooking area for large low-and-slow smoking sessions.

Choose the Right Primo Oval XXL Package

The Primo Oval XXL is available in several configurations, from a standalone grill head for custom outdoor kitchens to complete freestanding packages. We can help you compare the options and build a setup around your cooking needs and available space.

Standalone Grill Head (PGCXXLH): This is the Primo Oval XXL grill without a stand or cart. Ideal for custom outdoor kitchens, built-in installations, and heavy-duty grill tables. Remember to include ceramic feet for proper clearance when installing in a table or outdoor kitchen.

All-In-One Package (PGCXXLC): Combines the grill with a heavy-duty cradle stand, side shelves, and factory accessories for a convenient freestanding setup.

Heavy-Duty Cart Packages (PG00372 / PG00376): Freestanding metal cart configurations offering mobility and storage. The PG00376 is the basic metal cart, while the PG00372 includes stainless steel side shelves. Please call to confirm XXL cart availability.

Custom CGS Packages: Start with the Primo XXL grill head and pair it with compatible heat deflector racks, ceramic plates, charcoal baskets, extension racks, and other accessories tailored to your cooking needs.

Understanding Package Differences: Not every Primo package includes the same accessories. Heat deflector racks, ceramic plates, charcoal baskets, and other upgrades may be sold separately depending on the selected configuration.

At our Denton showroom, we can compare factory packages with CGS accessory options so you get the features you need without paying for components you may not use.
