Installation, Care & Warranty Information

Installing Your Replacement Firebox

Before installing the replacement, allow the grill to cool completely and remove the existing internal components.

1. Clean the Grill Base: Remove loose charcoal, accumulated ash, and debris from the ceramic base.
2. Position the Firebox: Carefully lower the replacement firebox into the grill, ensuring it is properly seated.
3. Align the Air Opening: Position the firebox opening with the lower draft door to maintain proper charcoal airflow.
4. Reinstall Internal Components: Return the appropriate ceramic bottom plate, charcoal grate, and other components to their correct positions for your Primo model.

Care Tip: Avoid pouring cold liquids into a hot ceramic firebox. Allow the ceramic to heat and cool naturally, and remove accumulated ash regularly to maintain proper airflow.

Primo Factory Warranty

Primo provides a Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty on ceramic components for eligible original purchasers, subject to its warranty terms and exclusions. Proof of purchase may be required, but product registration is not mandatory to establish coverage.
