Some Junior ceramic and structural components are better sourced through a local Primo dealer because of their size, weight, and model-specific fitment. If you're in DFW or North Texas, give us a call and we'll help determine the correct part. Some components require the grill's purchase date or serial number before ordering.
- Base, Dome, Band & Hinge Components: Fitment can vary by production year. The purchase date or serial number may be needed to determine the correct replacement part.
- Firebox: Junior ceramic components are fragile and are best picked up locally at our Denton showroom rather than shipped.
Important: If you are replacing a band set, dome or base on a older Junior Oval, we recommend contacting Primo technical services, as this may require additional change outs.
Tip: The Primo serial number sticker is located on the backside of the grill hinge.
How We Source Primo Replacement Parts
The most practical place to start is to give us a call. We have direct access to Primo distributor inventory and can usually tell you whether we have the part in stock or quick access to it. We make weekly runs to our Primo distributors, so turnarounds are fast.
Be cautious with online listings unless you know the part is actually in stock and is the correct version for your grill. For Junior ceramic components such as the base, dome, and firebox, local pickup is the better option whenever possible. These parts are fragile, and picking them up locally allows you to inspect them for damage before leaving the store. We do not ship Primo bases, domes, or fireboxes.
