Product Description
Ceramic Grill Store 8" Octagonal Ceramic Stone
Most common use is a heat deflector or pizza stone in the Mini (not MiniMax) Big Green EGG.
In-house, we rough cut an 8 sided stone, pictured below. The stone sits atop the Mini Woo's lower rectangular base.

Note: This stone does not fit the MiniMax Big Green EGG.
Check specific accessories to verify best use.
Specs: Approximate stone specifications are:
- 8 inches across the straight side;
- 8-3/4 inches across the diagonal.
- 5/8" thickness
- High refractory ceramics.
- Lengths can vary by 1/8 inch.
Use: Best to set the stone in the grill as the grill comes to temperature to prevent thermal shock. Ceramic Stones absorb moisture like sponges, so protect the topside of the Stone with foil.
Care: Do not oil or use dish detergents on the stone. Do not do clean with high heat or in the dishwasher. To clean, scrape debris off and heat with moderate temperatures.
