The Kamado Joe Half-Moon Fish & Vegetable Grate features a smooth, laser-cut stainless steel cooking surface designed for delicate foods that can stick, break apart or fall through traditional wire cooking grids. Ideal for fish fillets, shrimp, asparagus, scallops and smaller vegetables, it provides a more supportive surface while allowing heat and smoke to reach your food.

Made from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, the half-moon grate fits into the Kamado Joe Divide & Conquer Flexible Cooking System, giving you the freedom to combine different cooking surfaces and temperatures in a single cook.

The half-moon design lets you combine the Fish & Vegetable Grate with other Kamado Joe cooking surfaces. Grill salmon or vegetables on the smooth stainless surface while searing steaks, burgers or other foods on a traditional cooking grid beside it.

You can also position the grate at different cooking heights within the Divide & Conquer system to adjust the distance from the charcoal.
