Unlike a traditional freestanding Nest, the Modular Nest System lets you start with a single EGG Frame and expand your setup over time. Add compatible Expansion Frames, storage cabinets, folding shelves, and countertop inserts to create an outdoor cooking station that fits your patio, cooking style, and available space.

Casters make it easier to reposition the EGG station for patio cleaning or changes to your outdoor cooking layout. Always lock the casters before operating your EGG and move the grill only when it is completely cool.

Assembly & Care

The Modular Nest Frame requires assembly. Follow Big Green Egg's installation instructions and confirm that all structural connections are properly secured before installing the ceramic grill.

Position the frame on a suitable, level surface and adjust the leveling feet as needed. If adding Expansion Frames or cabinets, use the appropriate Modular Nest connectors and installation hardware.

Periodically inspect fasteners, metal surfaces, leveling feet, and optional casters. Clean the powder-coated frame and stainless steel shelf with suitable nonabrasive cleaning products to maintain their appearance.
