Product Description
Primo Heat Deflector Rack is required for smoking barbeque in the Primo Round Grill.
Most Common Use:
- CGS recommends a pair of 15-inch half-moon deflectors. The 15-inch diameter provides the best protection, airflow and functionality.
- Set a pair of half-moon deflectors for low & slow barbeque cooks; or
- Set one half-moon plate to create dual temperature zones for grilling.

How to set the Rack & Plate:
The rack sits atop the firebox. The rack holds the plate(s) under the cooking grid to create the blocking (indirect) set-up. The process is simple: set the rack atop the firebox, set the deflector plate(s) on the rack, add the cooking grid on top of the three risers.
