The XL half-moon cooking grid  is made specifically to fit the top and bottom levels of the XL Big Green Egg EGGspander. Whether you're creating a two-zone setup or expanding your cooking space, this grid is essential for full use of the EGGspander’s lower ring.

  • Fits both the top and bottom ring of the EGGspander.
  • Smaller diameter than the standard XL EGG cooking grid.
  • Not a like-kind replacement for your original EGG grid.
  • Not compatible with Ceramic Grill Store accessories.

Do You Need This?

The full-round cooking grid that comes with your EGG fits the EGGspander’s top ring, but it will not fit the lower ring. To cook on the lower level, you’ll need one or two of these half-moon grids.

If you bought the complete 5 piece EGGspander kit, you should already have a pair of these.
