Product Description
Easy peel & stick, 20-ounce, high temperature Meta-Aramid (Nomex) replacement gasket for top & bottom rims. Includes scraper & ships free.
For Select Kamado Joe Grills:
- Joe Junior, 7/8" wide
- Classic Joe, 1 1/8" wide
- Big Joe, 1 1/8" wide
Important: Not for Kamado Joe 2 or 3 grills with the wire mesh fiberglass gasket.

- Includes a Scraper & 5 Blades - a $7.99 Value.
Gaskets are manufactured in the USA and Germany.
No worries on how to get the old gasket off, as we include a scraper with 5 blades. We use this scraper on our gasket replacements. Note, more than one blade is needed for the rough ceramics.

This Meta-Aramid (Nomex®) felt with adhesive peel and stick backing is designed for high temperature applications and outperforms wool and polyester felt. Follow the video on how to replace. Time wise, it is about a one or two beer project.
We source the gaskets from a USA supplier. The Meta-Aramid materials are manufactured in the USA and Germany.
The package includes enough material to do both the top and bottom rims. The gasket width matches the original gasket. Gasket weight is 20-ounce, don't be fooled by lesser weight or Asian import gaskets. This is not a Kamado Joe product from Asia.
You might check the chimney stack to see if it needs replacing. We carry a gasket for it too.
