Unlock Maximum Versatility on the Joe Junior
Get the most out of your Kamado Joe Junior with CGS accessories — perfect for BBQ, two-zone grilling, and pizza.
CGS Woo
With the CGS Woo, you have the option to go half-moon deflectors, as well as full round.
- BBQ (Low & Slow): Use one full round or two half-moon deflectors.
- Two-Zone Grilling: Use a single half-moon for direct/indirect cooking.
Pizza
Go up on the cooking grid with the deflector, spacers and pizza stone. Up improves airflow at these higher temperatures.
Kamado Joe Accessory Rack
Only the full round deflectors fit the Joe accessory rack that came with your Joe Junior.
- BBQ (Low & Slow): Full round only.
- Two-Zone Grilling: Not possible.
- Pizza: 10" stone for small pizzas.
Add CGS 10" SS Drip Pan
- Shields deflectors from grease
- Keeps grill clean
- Extends ceramic life
CGS 5/8" or 1" Ceramic Spacers
- Pizza: Create an air gap under the stone.
- BBQ: Create an air gap under the drip pan.
Use & Care
- Heat gradually with the grill to prevent thermal shock.
- Always use a drip pan during BBQ cooks.
- Do not oil or use in dishwasher. Scrape debris and gently burn off residue.
- Natural smoke darkening is normal.
- Avoid high-heat clean burns.
