Product Description
Octagonal Deflector for MINI Big Green EGG
Cut in-house, this 8-sided ceramic deflector is designed specifically for indirect cooking and baking in the Mini Big Green Egg. The deflector sits directly atop the lower rectangular base of the Mini Woo Ring.

MiniMax Owners: This deflector is not recommended for the MiniMax. It is made for the MINI EGG.
Specifications
- Dimensions: 8 inches across flat sides; 8-3/4 inches across point-to-point diagonals (+/- 1/8" tolerance)
- Thickness: 5/8 inch
- Material: High-refractory cordierite ceramic
Use & Thermal Care
- Prevent Thermal Shock: Always place the stone in the grill while it preheats. Never place a cold stone into a hot grill or on direct high flames.
- Grease & Moisture Protection: Ceramic is porous and absorbs liquids. Wrap the top with aluminum foil or use a small pan to catch drips and prevent deep grease soaking.
Cleaning Instructions
- Scrape off food debris with a stiff spatula or scraper after the stone cools completely.
- Do NOT use dish soap, detergents, or chemical cleaners, as ceramics will absorb them.
- Do NOT wash in a dishwasher or submerge in water.
- Clean off burn-off at moderate cooking temperatures rather than extreme high-heat blasts.
