Deflector Rack & Plate, simple to use:

Most Common Use:

• Set on the firebox with full round deflector for low & slow barbeque cooks; or
• Set on the firebox with one half-moon plate to create dual temperature zones for grilling.

Note: For the deflector plate, we recommend a pair of 15-inch half-moon deflectors. The 15-inch diameter provides the best protection, airflow and functionality.

How to set the Rack & Plate:

The rack sits atop the firebox. The rack holds the plate(s) under the cooking grid to create the blocking (indirect) set-up. The process is simple: set the rack atop the firebox, set the deflector plate(s) on the rack. The cooking grid sits atop the three risers on the rack.
