All about Heat Deflector Racks for Primo Oval Grills

Most common uses:

• Set two racks to hold deflector plates to smoke, low & slow barbeque: or
• Set one rack to hold one deflector plate to create dual temperature zones when grilling.

Deflector racks are required, as they hold the plates under the cooking grids. Each plate needs a deflector rack. The rack hangs down inside the fire bowl. The process is simple: set the rack, set the deflector plate on the rack and add the cooking grid, usually in up an position.

We offer Primo and Ceramic Grill Store (CGS) deflector racks. CGS racks provide more flexibility to access the lump and have the ability to hold a wok. We can offer Racks at better prices because of our volumes. We pass the savings on to you.

Specs:

CGS Racks are fabricated with 1/4" Stainless Steel round bar. The Racks drop 1.5" into the firebox. We make them in our wire shop. CGS Deflector Racks are only available for the Large and XL Primo Oval. Sold in pairs.
