High-Temperature Pit Probe for EGG Genius and Flame Boss 100, 200, 300 and 400 Controllers. For the Flame Boss 500, check for the straight end plug probes.

Use for monitoring the pit temperature. Industrial duty platinum resistance thermometer probe includes 6 ft. stainless steel shielding and rated to 475˚F.

The Pit Probe can be used in combination with the Y Cable Adapter when using multiple meat probes on the EGG Genius.
