Quick way to elevate or create space when needed. Easy to:

  • elevate the pizza stone above the indirect piece (platesetter or stone) on pizza cooks;
  • raise the drip pan off the indirect piece (platesetter or stone) on long, smoking cooks;
  • keep hot objects (platesetter, stones, pans & such) from sitting directly on your table top

    What can I say...It works as it should.

    They take the heat

    Use the small ones (0.5") to double stack a couple heat plates, allowing for better air flow (smoke) and hotter temps without overcooking the bottom of a piece of meat. Also great for use with a drip pan. Works on both the Joe Jr & the Big Joe. Bought an additional set for my son; he likes them too.
