Perfect blade for handling pizza. Once the dough sets, slide the turner between the dough and protection paper/cardboard to make sure the dough is 100% loose. Then, side the paper/cardboard out so the dough is in direct contact with the stone. Great way to crisp up the dough crust.
The handle is polypropylene/plastic. The blade is stainless and perforated. Flat blade section is 8" minimum length.
