Pit Boss, Louisiana Grills 22 & 24 High Temperature Replacement Gasket Kits

Read somewhere this was a two beer job. My experience indicates it takes a little longer than that. I'm new to komoda cookers and bought my cooker used. It needed heavy cleaning and a new gasket. I Wanted to buy a gasket from a company that deals with grills and not a bunch of mail order items. I received my order promptly and followed the instructions. The gasket itself was easy to apply and I think the time it takes to complete the install will depend on how detailed you want to get with the removal of the old gasket. Removal of the old gasket is not an easy task. The razor blade scraper that comes with the kit is a very helpful tool. I also used a surface preparation pad to help remove the old adhesive. I have a large 22-in Louisiana Komodo and there was more than enough gasket material to do the job. So far the gasket appears to be good quality and exactly as described. As I mentioned the installation went smooth and the peel and stick adhesive on the gasket seem to work very well. I think time will tell if that's an accurate statement. For now I give this gasket and this purchase hi marks.

They had the exact product for my pit boss ceramic grill. I ordered gaskets from Amazon and had to send them back they were junk. Then I found this great shop. They had what I needed and delivered it quickly at a fair price. This is now my go tocstore

I haven't bought yet, but when you read a one or two beer project, I just have to buy.
