Use & Care

• Heat gradually with the grill to prevent thermal shock.
• Always use a drip pan during BBQ cooks.
• Do not oil or use in dishwasher. Scrape debris and gently burn off residue.
• Natural smoke darkening is normal.
• Avoid high-heat clean burns.
