Flame Boss & EGG Genius Meat Probe: 

High-Temperature Meat Probe for Flame Boss 400, 300, 200, 100 and Big Green EGG - EGG Genius Controllers. Compatible with the Flame Boss 500.

Industrial duty platinum resistance thermometer probe includes 6 ft. stainless steel shielding and rated to 475˚F.

The Meat Probe can be used in combination with the Y Cable on Flame Boss 300 or EGG Genius Controllers to monitor multiple meats. Use the following configurations:

• 2 Meats: Requires one additional Meat Probe and one Y Cable Adapter. 
• 3 Meats: Requires two additional Meat Probes and two Y Cables.
