USA Orders ship via parcel services (UPS, FedEx) and utilize tracking numbers. The general guidelines are as follows:
- 1. We currently ship with Fedex. Fedex picks up M-F.
- 2. Orders only ship to physical addresses. Orders will not ship to PO Boxes.
- 3. In stock items normally ship same or next day. Delays in processing can occur with holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to post delays on the website. With pending orders, we will notify you via email when your orders ships or if delays occur.
- 4. Special orders will ship when fabricated. You will receive and email with an estimated ship date.
- 5. Shortages in shipments need to be reported to us within 48 hours. Please email us.
- 6. All items ship within the USA are shipped FOB shipper.
- 7. Contact us within 48 hours if your items arrive damaged.
- 8. All shipping discount programs are subject to change at any time. Prior purchases do not qualify for current discount programs. Resolution of errors in program discounts is at the sole option of Seller.
