Just our way of saying, Thanks
Pizza Stone: Recommended for grills with cooking grids larger than 19" diameter. Can by used in grills with 18" dia. grids (Large EGG, Classic Joe, Kamado Primo) but care must be take when pushing the stone high in the dome to insure proper airflow around the stone. 15" Stone is a better choice for Large EGG, Classic Joe, Pit Boss 22 and Primo Kamado Round
Check specific accessories (Rig, Woo, Spider) to verify best use for Half, Pair or Full Stone(s).
Approximate stone specifications are 16-1/8" diameter, 5/8" thickness and high refractory ceramics. Stones can vary from 16" to 16-1/4" diameter.
Use: Best to set the stone in the grill as the grill comes to temperature to prevent thermal shock. Ceramic Stones absorb moisture like sponges, so protect the topside of the Stone with foil or drip pan.
Care: Do not oil or use dish detergents on the stone. Do not do clean with high heat or in the dishwasher.
Check out our 14" Stainless Drip Pan, Ceramic Spacers, and pizza Turners. Use the Pan to catch drippings. Use the Spacers to lift the pizza stone above the blocking stone. Use the long Turner to work/check the dough during the cook.
Made specifically for CGS, Ceramic Grill Store.
These are another nice addition for the K24 pit boss/ louisiana grill kamado grill. This setup lets you create two different cooking zones at the same time, when needed.
On another note, I've also found a Chinese company "Auplex" on alibaba.com that makes a rotissirie for the K24 pit boss/ louisiana grill which is designated a 23.5" model as they made these pit boss/ louisiana grills The price is quite affordable until you figure in shipping, but if you buy more than one, the shipping is much more reasonable. I think your store should look into buying a number of these and you could do a good business with them.
At first, I thought I could just use my regular pizza stone as a heat deflector, since it was the same diameter and material; there was a little buyer’s remorse after clicking check out. I was wrong! This stone from CGS is much thicker and heavier. The packaging was cushioned and came in a timely manner. There was an actual bright “FRAGILE” sticker on outside box so it was delivered without a single dent on box corners (some stores forget the warning on fragile merchandise).
This is one solid, heavy, and thick grilling stone. Looks VERY durable. Great for cooking pizza.
