15" Round Ceramic Stone's most common uses
- Pizza Stone for Grills with an 18" or Larger Cooking Grid,

Pizza Stone: Best fitting stone for most large (18" - 22") ceramic, kamado, grills. Makes a big pizza but is not to big to handle. Use one or two stones for pizza. For thin crust pizza, set one stone high in the dome. For thick crust pizza, set two stones - one as a deflector, the other as the pizza stone.
Be careful if setting a stone at the same height as the grill's felt lining. If the temperatures are high enough and the set-up has the stone pushing heat outward, the felt lining could burn.
Don't forget to add a barrier between the stone and pizza dough, so the dough does not stick to the stone. Corn meal or parchment paper are popular choices. Foil the top of the stone if placing food (other than dough) directly on the stone.
Heat Deflector: Use as a heat deflector, indirect piece, for low & slow, BBQ cooks on the following grills and CGS accessories:

- Vision Woo Ring, all grills except XL and M Series,
- Primo Kamado Round,

Air flow is 360 degrees around the entire stone. No legs to channel or impede air movement. Requires Adjustable Rig, Spider or Woo Ring to hold the stone. See your grill product pages for more specific details.
Stone specifications are: 15" to 15-1/4" diameter, 5/8" thickness and high temperature refractory ceramics. Do not oil or use dish detergents on the stone. Clean with heat. Best to set the stone while the cooker comes to temperature to prevent thermal shock.
