A family favorite around our house is 60% Butt Rub, 40% Turbinado Sugar on Wings. Mix the rub and sugar. Load up a gallon plastic ziplock bag with 8-10 wings. Add about 3-4 Tablespoons of the rub mix. Massage the rub mix into the wings. Let sit in the refrigerator for a couple hours, periodically massaging the wings. Grill high above a direct 375°F fire for little over an hour, turning as needed. Good stuff!
