13"x17.5 OVAL GRID COMBO - ALL STAINLESS: Package includes Adjustable Rig with Crossbars, Spider and 13x17.5 Oval Grid. Add a 13-inch Ceramic Stone  or drip pans for countless set-up scenarios. Oval Grid works with the Sliding Grid System.

Looking to take the Rig to the next level of versatility.  This Combo pack is it.  Gives you the ability to Cook 7.5 inches above the fire ring, slide the lower grid on a two grid cook or do an instant change up with direct/indirect cooks.  Click the picture for more info.

Crossbars support stones, grids or pans on the Rig brackets. The Rig comes with one pair. An extra set is required if you want to place items at multiple levels, create a gap between the stone and pan on an indirect set-up.  We recommend getting an extra set if you have a tendency to misplace things!  Material is 304 Stainless. 

Use with the Adjustable Rig. 1/2 size of the Large Stainless grid.  Provides a handy work self when searing or blackening on the Spider.  Use it as a warming area when grilling. 

Required piece for the Sliding Grid System. Supports the Oval Grid or 11x15 rectangular drip pan when sliding. Includes one movable and one fixed crossbar.

Requires the Adjustable Rig and is a recommended piece for the Sliding Grid system. Using the 16.5" Round or 13"x17.5" Oval Grid, it extends the grid height to 7.5 inches above the fire ring. That's a great height for grilling hot and fast - spatchcock chicken or ABT's. Add a slide guide and 13" Ceramic Stone on Rig level 4.5 and you can quickly create an indirect set-up. 

NEW APRIL 2010:  Use with the Adjustable Rig and Large Woo3 to set-up indirect.  Designed to protect ribs, briskets and other long cuts of meat on low and slow cooks.  Stone measurements are 12.75 inches wide by 17 inches long.  Slides in/out on the Rig Slide Guides.   Sets-up under the Stainless Oval Grids.  Ceramics are high refactory mullite/cordierite formulas.  Made in the USA. $2 packing fee will be added to the shipping cost to cover special packaging requirements.  Click the picture for set-up pictures on the Rig and Woo3.
